• one in-person consultation and planning meeting, and up to 3 phone meetings

• Unlimited phone and email communication

• master Timeline building with a collaborative live link

• Managing vendor relations by confirming final details before the wedding day and sending the final timeline to vendors

• Troubleshooting

• Bridal party organization including processional/Recessional, times for speeches, times for photos & and more

• Handling any emergencies that may arise including carrying an emergency kit equipped with safety pins, bobby pins, hairspray, a steamer, and much more

• Remaining easily accessible throughout the entire event

• extra assistant (wedding day)

• venue walkthrough and review of layout spaces

• setup & teardown of personal decor
