If you're looking for a day of coordinator, Kourtni was absolutely amazing! I was a bride who did not want a wedding and hated seeing money go out the door on things that weren’t seeming to come together, after meeting with her she made all my stress disappear. Walking into my venue and seeing everything all come together because of her was the moment she changed my whole perspective. I was so excited for our day and it wouldn’t have been possible without her! She was so attentive going over every detail even when I didn’t have an answer and made it all so perfect. She made sure my husband and I were taken care of constantly asking if we needed anything and even when it came time for photos and our location wouldn’t let us in, she handled it and made it possible for us to have our photo session. Kourtni did day of coordinating for our May 2024 wedding and as a first time bride who had most of my vendors booked, I wasn't really sure I even needed a coordinator but took a chance.
I DESPERATELY NEEDED HER. Like, desperately. If you are unsure about having a coordinator, BOOK HER. Just do it. I had no idea the amount of stress I would be under the weeks leading up to the wedding and Kourtni literally saved my mental health on more than one occasion and handled all communications with my vendors. We hired Kourtni for our wedding in October. She had great communication with us leading up to the event. We met with her to form a timeline and discuss set up for our wedding venue. Kourtni traveled to Paso Robles and was there for our rehearsal the day before. They set up our tables and decorations just as I had pictured. The helped move the tables and clean up everything at the end of the night. She was kind and brought a calming presence to the day.
